I could imagine them w/ different traits as well based on the program: Photoshop would be the prettiest but with some plastic surgery; Flash would be the kind of nerdy but cute chick; Dreamweaver would be the disorganized cat lady, and Illustrator would be ... well ... a pain in the #$@ (i.e. sophisticated?).
